沖壓機械手緩沖器的原理是當(dāng)機械手受到撞擊時，利用液壓油在沖壓機械手內(nèi)部的壓力來產(chǎn)生緩沖力從而起到保護機械手的作用。

當(dāng)受到撞擊時，活塞桿向下移動，迫使液壓油通過油孔流入蓄壓器內(nèi)而產(chǎn)生抵制力。經(jīng)設(shè)計及試驗過的油孔大小及排列，在整個撞擊過程中，內(nèi)壓缸內(nèi)的壓力始終保持穩(wěn)定，以產(chǎn)生固定大小的緩沖力，也就是所謂的線性減速。在沖擊行程結(jié)束時，復(fù)歸彈簧將活塞桿推回起始位置，等待下一次撞擊。
